Bitter melon / bitter gourd is a temperate/tropical plant that probably originated in South Asia. Like in other members of the Cucurbitaceae family, it too is a fast-growing, trailing or climbing vine with thin stems and tendrils which require a trellis to support their climbing vines.

Processing: We produce a bitter melon powder with a freeze-drying mechanism from Sri Lanka, which is the home of a healthy variety of bitter gourd. During the drying process, we ensure an appropriate temperature to preserve the nutritional values of bitter gourd
