Packed in the UK.Tulsi, Tulsi, also known as holy basil, is a sacred rasayana that has been used in Ayurvedic medicine for thousands of years. Holy basil is a leafy plant, similar to that of culinary basil, and often symbolically grown outside of Hindu households to honor the god Vishnu. It is valued for its health enhancing properties specific for the respiratory tract as it helps to remove excess Kapha (or phlegm) from the lungs. Native to the Sri lanka, Indian subcontinent, it is also grown and used widely throughout Southeast Asia.
How to use:
Take 3 gms (half teaspoon ) twice a day before meals or with few calories (eg. juice)
Can also be used in shakes and salads.
Storage Directions:
